To be eligible for a replacement, the fruit must be in its original packaging and must not have been consumed. We reserve the right to refuse replacements or refunds if we believe the fruit has been tampered with or misused. Our Replacement Guarantee does not cover issues arising from delivery delays beyond our control or if the incorrect delivery address is provided.
